Worldwide Instrument Parts Company (WIPCO) is an ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D Certified specialty manufacturer of precision machined parts. We machine a wide variety of materials to our customers prints and specifications – from simple parts made from easy to machine materials, to extremely complex parts made from some of the most difficult materials on the planet; including high-temperature super alloys. In fact, our decades of expertise in super alloys is why our most tenured customers continue to use our machining services year after year.
WIPCO was established in 2000 and has remained under the same ownership group since that time. The company resides in Livingston, Texas and employs 17 people. Its precision machining expertise has been developed within the Oil & Gas Industry, but WIPCO is now poised to diversify its customer base throughout ALL industries.
Our highly skilled machinists (true craftsmen in the industry) – along with state-of-the-art equipment and the most up to date CAD/CAM software; produce exceptional parts that our customers expect and deserve. WIPCO’s machinists thrive on doing the seemingly impossible on a daily basis and exceed expectations everywhere possible.
In our over 15,000 square foot climate-controlled manufacturing facility, we house a variety of CNC Lathes, Mills and Screw Machine – able to produce high quality, turn-key parts on time. Our machinery manufactures parts from .030” diameter up to 15” in diameter and up to 35” long – depending on part features. We can hold tolerances up to +/- .0002.
In our QC lab, all parts go thru 1st article, in-process, and final inspection and are fully documented. Our Zeiss Contura G2 CMM and our Vicci Optical Measuring machines provide computer generated inspection reports that are included in our certification packages for all orders.
